Data Access and Security

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide to us and for maintaining appropriate backups of your data.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, setup fees are due upon service commencement, and recurring fees are billed monthly in advance.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. You are responsible for all taxes related to your use of our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

The website, services, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by DataMetrics Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data and content. We retain ownership of our methodologies, reports templates, and any derivative insights or analyses we create based on your data.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will provide you with any final reports or data as specified in your service agreement.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Greek courts.
